The platform should enable companies to register using their official business email address and submit hiring requirements through the portal. Once a requirement is created, it should be assigned to a recruitment manager, who can further allocate it to the most suitable recruiter.
Recruiters should be able to work on assigned requirements, submit candidate profiles, update hiring progress, and maintain a centralized candidate database. Clients should be able to log in at any time to track the progress of their hiring requirements and view the status of submitted candidates.
One of the key objectives of this project is to build a reusable Candidate Database. Every candidate added by recruiters should become part of a centralized database that can be searched and reused for future hiring requirements. This will help reduce duplicate sourcing efforts and improve recruitment efficiency.
