Publish .NET Core 3.1 App

I have a partially-built .NET Core 3.1 web application that simply needs to be published and made accessible through my existing IIS server. The codebase is stable enough for deployment; at this stage no additional feature work or bug-fixing is required—just a clean, reliable publish.

You will connect (via RDP or another secure method we agree on) to the Windows machine that already runs IIS, install any missing .NET Core 3.1 Hosting Bundle, set up the site and application pool, configure bindings, environment variables and folder permissions, and confirm the app starts correctly. If reverse proxy rules, web.config tweaks, or firewall ports are needed, you’ll handle those as well so that the site loads without errors.

Deliverables
• Application deployed under IIS with correct app-offline behavior and automatic restart
• Verified access from an external browser (HTTP/HTTPS as applicable)
• Brief deployment notes so I can repeat the process for future updates

Everything is ready on the development side—I only need your expertise to bridge the gap between source code and a live site.
