Point Of Sale web app based on existing code of BTCPay Server

- Desirable but not required is knowledge/experience with BTCPay Server ( https://btcpayserver.org)
We want to build Point of Sale web app with crypto payments processing service that allows businesses to accept Bitcoin and Monero payments.
We want to take existing code from open source project BTCPay Server available at this url: https://btcpayserver.org - (also written in .Net C#)
and then use some of this code to build a simple Point of Sale web application with invoicing that uses :
1. Angular as a front end technology,
2. .Net for serverside APIs
3. SQL Server as database.
