.NET Website Enhancements and UI Overhaul

I built the current site on the .NET stack and now need a reliable developer to move it forward. The first priority is shipping brand-new functionality: fresh modules, pages, or services that plug cleanly into the existing codebase. Alongside that, I want the front-end to feel modern and cohesive, so a full visual design overhaul of the user interface is on the table.

You will work directly in my repository, iterating in small, testable chunks. Clear commits, descriptive pull-requests, and clean, well-commented C# are a must. For the UI redesign, I’m open to your preferred front-end tooling—whether it’s Razor views, Blazor, or a JavaScript framework—as long as the final look is consistent, responsive, and matches the design assets we agree on.

Deliverables (per milestone, merged to main branch):
• New feature code with unit tests where appropriate
• Updated or new database migrations (if needed)
• Refactored UI with the agreed visual style, fully responsive
• Brief deployment notes so I can push straight to production
