.NET Tally ERP Integration Developer

I'm seeking an experienced .NET developer to create a comprehensive Tally ERP integration solution. The project will involve:

- .NET Core Web API (server)
- Windows EXE/Service “Tally Connector” (runs on the Tally machine)
- Lightweight Web UI:
- Connect button
- Select Tally company
- Choose date range
- Fetch/Push data

The API will coordinate calls to the local Tally Connector, which will communicate with Tally.

Requirements:
- Basic authentication for Web UI access
- Ability to fetch and push various data types (to be specified)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in .NET Core and Web API development
- Experience with Windows services and building lightweight web UIs
- Familiarity with Tally ERP systems
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, especially basic authentication
- Prior experience in data synchronization between APIs and local applications
