Experience: 15+ years total, with strong hands-on in C#, .NET 4.8, .NET 8, Asp.net, Asp MVC, React. Need prior experience in migrating an enterprise application from .NET 4.8 to .NET 8 using various migration tools.

We’re hiring a Part-Time Full Stack Architect to lead the design, modernization, and technical execution of enterprise-grade web applications. This role is ideal for seasoned architects with a strong grip on .NET Core (6/7/8) for backend, React.js for frontend, and experience migrating legacy .NET 4.x applications to modern .NET versions using tools like the .NET Upgrade Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team in .NET 4.8 enterprise application to .NET 6/8
• Utilize tools such as the .NET Upgrade Assistant to streamline migration
• Guide team in migrating from various ASP versions to React
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship
• Align with DevOps on CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (Azure or AWS)
• Champion best frameworks and technologies to optimize performance
• Develop and maintain strategies for API management, microservices, and data migration

Required Skills:
• 15+ years in software development with strong architecture and leadership background
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, component-based design)
• 12+ years in .NET 4.x, .NET Core (6/7/8), C#, Web API, Entity Framework
• Proven experience migrating legacy .NET applications to .NET 6 or 8
• Experience using .NET Upgrade Assistant for .NET modernization
• Solid expertise in full-stack architecture and microservices
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SignalR, gRPC, and GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB
• Familiarity with DDD, Clean Architecture, and cloud-native patterns
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (Azure/AWS)
• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, TDD/BDD, and frontend testing tools like Jest and Cypress
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring remote teams
