.NET LMS Internal API Integration

Our Learning Management System already runs smoothly on ASP.NET Core; the missing piece is reliable communication with several internal services. I need you to wire up those internal REST APIs so the backend can create, fetch, and update course-related data without hiccups.

Here is what working together will look like:
• Build or refine C# controllers and service classes that call our profile, catalogue, and reporting APIs, following our existing Repository pattern and async/await conventions.
• Add solid error handling, logging (Serilog), and token-based authentication where required.
• Extend our Swagger/OpenAPI docs so every new endpoint is discoverable.
• Commit through our private Git repository; each pull request must pass the Azure DevOps CI pipeline and include unit tests (xUnit + Moq).

I’ll provide the API specs, connection details, and a quick walkthrough of the current architecture. The work is complete when the LMS can enroll users, pull course lists, and generate usage reports end-to-end with all tests green.
