.NET Full-Stack Web Application Development

I need an experienced .NET full-stack developer to move several in-house web projects forward. Most of the work circles around ASP.NET Core (MVC and Web API) backed by SQL Server, with the user interface rendered in Bootstrap.

Scope of work
• Build new modules and, where necessary, refactor legacy .NET code into a clean, layered architecture.
• Design and optimise SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures and indexes to keep the app fast under load.
• Implement an admin area focused on Analytics graphs; charting libraries that work smoothly inside Bootstrap are welcome.
• Secure the application with claims- and cookie-based authentication, plus role-based authorisation throughout.
• Integrate third-party REST APIs, handle error cases gracefully, and expose our own endpoints when required.
• Make every screen fully responsive so the same codebase serves desktop, tablet and mobile users.
• Trace and fix existing bugs, then profile and tune performance until the site passes standard load-testing thresholds.
• Package the solution for deployment on our Windows server (or Azure App Service if we decide to go cloud) and document the steps so the handover is seamless.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Compilable Visual Studio solution targeting the latest stable ASP.NET Core LTS release.
2. Bootstrap-based UI with analytics dashboard fully functional and responsive.
3. Database script or DACPAC that recreates the schema, seed data and required indexes.
4. Source-controlled code following secure-coding best practices and obvious separation of concerns.
5. Deployment guide and brief technical documentation covering architecture, API endpoints and any third-party integrations.
