.NET Full-Stack Lead Developer Needed

I’m building a web-based content-management system and I need an experienced .NET full-stack developer who can steer a small team while still rolling up their sleeves to code critical modules. The core stack is ASP.NET Core (C#), Entity Framework, SQL Server on the back end, with a modern single-page front end—Angular is in place, but I’m open to React if you can justify the switch.

Your first mission is to refine the architecture and set up clean project conventions. From there you’ll guide two mid-level developers through sprints, review their pull requests, and personally develop the more complex pieces such as the product catalog management module that plugs into the CMS. While e-commerce isn’t the primary goal, the catalog is a must-have so editors can curate items and publish them seamlessly alongside other content.

I value pragmatic solutions over ivory-tower theory, so expect to demo tangible progress each sprint, write unit tests where they count, and keep documentation tight but concise.
