.NET Desktop App Developer Needed -- 2

I’m building a Windows desktop application and need someone who already feels at home in the full .NET ecosystem—C#, WinForms or WPF, Entity Framework, and modern async patterns. The work covers the entire cycle: architecture decisions, coding, UI polish, thorough testing, and packaging for deployment on current Windows versions. I’ll share the functional outline and existing mock-ups as soon as we connect; clean, well-commented code and brief setup notes will serve as the final deliverables, alongside the signed installer.
