Multi-Language School ERP Platform -- 2

I’m commissioning a full-stack build of a School ERP designed in ASP.NET Core MVC with SQL Server. The application must serve three primary roles—Administrators, Teachers and Students—each seeing only the modules I assign. I’ll provide the final role matrix and database schema once we start, but the functional scope is already clear.

Core requirements
• Front Office: manage visitor handling, admission inquiries and reception duties from a single dashboard.
• Student Information: store and display personal details, academic, disciplinary, examination, fee, attendance, timetable and notes—essentially every record a modern school needs.
• Subject & Curriculum, Fees, Accounts & Finance, HR & Payroll, CBSE Examination, Timetable Generation, Attendance, Transport, Hostel, Mess, Library, Store & Inventory, MIS & Analytics, Communication Panel, Parent/Student Mobile App APIs, Control Panel, Masters Management, Online Examination and Visitor Management, Discussion Management.

Technical expectations
• Clean ASP.NET Core MVC architecture, Entity Framework or Dapper for data access and layered services for maintainability.
• SQL Server schema built for performance with clear foreign-key relationships.
• Multilingual UI (resource file based) for effortless language switching.
• Secure authentication/authorization—preferably Identity with JWT to support future mobile apps.
• Responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind or similar) and well-documented REST endpoints.
• Source control in Git and regular demo builds.

Deliverables
1. Compilable solution with all listed modules working end-to-end.
2. Database scripts and seed data.
3. English UI plus structure ready for additional languages.
4. Deployment guide and technical documentation.
