MORTGAGE SYSTEM

The general idea of the project is to have a number of forms storing customer details about mortgage and insurance products they are considering purchasing. These forms are to be stored in a database and presented to the user in a customisable file structure like Microsoft Windows Explorer (i.e. create/delete/rename folders with permissions. The same functionality for files). The forms should also have a print functionality to a PDF document. This is all wrapped up in a secure environment with login and user admin functionality.
The technology should be javascript, html, css connected to a database server. I don't want any proprietary technology/platform which locks me in.
