MICROSOFT TEAMS NATIVE APP Development

We are developing a Microsoft Teams-integrated Employee Performance Management App that organizations can install within their Teams environment. The app will be licensed using unique license keys, allowing organizations to use it for a specific period.
Key Requirements
1. Microsoft Teams Integration
o The app must be installable at the organization level within Microsoft Teams.
o Once installed, it should have access to all employees within that organization.
2. User Authentication & Role Management
o Users will authenticate via Microsoft Teams (SSO).
o Once authenticated in Teams, they are automatically authenticated in our app.
o Admin users can create teams within the app and assign employees.
3. License Key Validation
o Organizations must enter a license key to activate the app.
o The system should track license validity and disable access upon expiration.
4. Admin & User Functionalities
o Admins: Create teams, assign employees, and manage roles.
o Users: Access performance-related functionalities based on their roles.
