We are looking for a ready-made electronic medical record system with a virtual consultation feature to buy. Customization will be done with the freelancer based on the requirement we will provide but the application must have the following basic features and modules already
1. Patient portal: where patients register and login to their profile from anywhere. The patient can see their historical health record and some vital information through this portal
2. Patient registration management module
3. Outpatient and in-patient module
4. Laboratory

6. Pharmacy
7. Virtual consultation through video conferencing
8. Billing and payment management (mobile payment etc)
