Looking for an Experienced Serenity Platform

Looking to complete below missing features.

The requirements are as follows:
- Migrate from Stargen to StartSharp
- Change the application assembly name
- Change the menu and the flow to be similar to a given website
- Change the car make and model to be a dependent dropdown menu
- Add the new functionalities link notification, emails, etc...
