Issues and maintenance .Net core

I have a phase 2 project with maintenance in C# .Net Core. This project has approximately 15 minor to medium issues from phase 1 that needs to be fixed and then go live followed by maintenance. It is a 1-year contract.
Please send the Statement of Work (SOW) in detail with timelines. I’ll only consider those who provide detailed SOW. It has to go live in 2 months from the start of this contract, followed by maintenance.
