Freight Management System Development

I want to create a freight management system, it will be done across 3-4 stages, the first step will be for the base required modules; Organisations, Dashboard, Jobs, Despatch, Warehouse, Financials and System Admin(all of this will be in the detailed attachment for the requirements of each module).

The next stage which I will post for it to be done after the first is completed, is for the following modules; Customer Service, Analytics, Compliance, Risk Management. The next stage will be for Integration module(except for the google integration that needs to be created on the first stage), this will then allow it to seamlessly integrate with external systems, with the most important one being Australian Customs and Quarantine.

The next stages from this will be making the system usable and customisable to different countries, the first country is to make is customised and usable within Australia. Each stage I will post for it to be done here through Freelancer. Please be aware that the backend language is to be written in C# on .net core framework, this is a must requirement. I will also be requiring to create multiple resources of the system.
