Fix C# Export Logic

I need a developer to fix our ChannelMessagesExport.cs file in an existing C# (.NET Framework 4.7.2) project. The task involves exporting chat messages and attachments from SQL Server to HTML format.
Requirements:
- Ensure AttachmentId is included in the SQL query.
- Use AttachmentId to prevent duplicate attachments.
- Process should filter by attachment type, and prioritize/exclude PDFs, Word documents, and Excel files.
We will provide:
- Current ChannelMessagesExport.cs file
- Working ExportUser.cs as reference
- Sample database schema and test data
Deliverable:
