Fintech ASP.NET Full-Stack Build

I’m expanding a cloud-hosted fintech platform and need a versatile full-stack developer who feels at home in the Microsoft ecosystem. The codebase can continue in classic ASP.NET MVC or move to modern .NET Core—I’m open, as long as the solution is clean, testable, and easy to deploy.

Here’s what you’ll be tackling:
• Build and refactor C# controllers, views, and razor pages for transaction-centric workflows.
• Craft efficient SQL Server stored procedures to handle high-volume ledger inserts, balance calculations, and audit trails.
• Wire up REST or SOAP APIs for payment gateways and other third-party financial services, handling authentication, retries, and response logging.
• Add just enough JavaScript and jQuery to keep the UI responsive without over-engineering the front end.
• Package and deploy the finished module to my Windows VPS under IIS, documenting every step so I can reproduce it.

Deliverables
1. Source code in Git (branch-per-feature, tidy commits).
2. Database scripts and seed data.
3. A repeatable IIS deployment package with web.config transforms.
4. Brief README covering build steps, environment variables, and API keys.

Acceptance Criteria
• All critical paths unit-tested; integration tests hit at least one live sandbox API.
• SQL routines return results within agreed performance thresholds on a sample 1 M-row dataset.
• Successful end-to-end deployment on my VPS with no manual tweaks beyond configuration values.
