The freelancer programmer shall be responsible for developing the platform using .NET Core and must follow professional software engineering best practices, secure coding standards, clean architecture principles, and high-quality code documentation. The final deliverable must include the complete and exclusive source code, database scripts, deployment files, technical documentation, and all related development assets.
