Deploy Aspire .NET 9 Project to Azure with CI/CD Pipeline and Deployment Training

I am looking for an experienced developer in Azure Cloud, Aspire .NET 9, Blazor Server, and .NET Core Web APIs to fully deploy my project to Azure and guide me through the deployment process.

Project Overview:

I have a complete Aspire .NET 9 solution that includes:

Blazor Server frontend

.NET Core Web APIs within the same solution

The project runs perfectly locally and is connected to a SQL database

The project uses Entity Framework Code First + Migrations

The project source code is hosted in Azure DevOps

I also have:

An Azure Cloud account (currently free tier)

A custom domain for the production environment

For the test environment, the Azure default URL is acceptable

The project contains a background service with three Cron Jobs, and we must ensure they run properly on Azure.

Tasks Required:

Deploy the entire Aspire .NET 9 solution to Azure (Production + Test environments).

Connect the project to Azure SQL Database.

Set up CI/CD pipelines for both production and testing.

Store secrets securely using Azure Key Vault.

Ensure the Cron Jobs run correctly in Azure.

Configure API access rules:

Private/secured APIs in Production

Public/open APIs for Testing

After deployment, provide training (in English or Arabic) to explain the deployment steps and architecture so I can manage it myself in the future.

I need someone with real experience in Azure and .NET cloud deployment.
