Custom Microsoft-centred Web Application Development
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I’m looking for a developer who can create a customer-facing web application that lives entirely inside our Microsoft-centred environment and is reachable through a dedicated URL. The solution must be built on the standard Microsoft stack (.NET 6+/ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure AD optional) so it slots cleanly into our existing infrastructure.
Core requirements
• Structure: the app is organised into five distinct sections. Each section needs its own feature set, dashboard, and supporting tools. Think of them as mini-modules that share a common look-and-feel but can evolve independently.
• Users: access is limited to registered users only. Simple email-and-password authentication with secure password policies, account verification, and forgot-password workflow is mandatory.
• Dashboards: each section’s dashboard should surface KPIs and quick actions relevant to that module, using responsive charts and tables (Blazor, React, or Razor pages—happy to discuss).
• Admin panel: a lightweight back-office so we can manage users, roles, and section-specific data without touching code.
• Code quality: clean architecture, clear layering, and straightforward dependency injection so future maintenance is painless.
• Deployment: deliver a ready-to-deploy package plus step-by-step instructions for Azure App Service (or on-prem IIS if preferred).
Nice-to-haves
– Role-based access control inside each section.
– Basic auditing/logging (Serilog or similar).
– Unit tests for critical business logic.
I will supply wireframes for the five sections and sample data once we kick off. I’m happy with iterative delivery: start with an MVP that links the shell, authentication, and one full section, then replicate the pattern across the remaining modules.
Please outline:
1. Your proposed Microsoft tech stack and why it fits.
2. Milestone plan from initial architecture through final deployment and hand-over.
3. Any similar customer-portal projects you’ve shipped.
Code repository will live in our GitHub organisation; we prefer frequent commits and pull-requests for review. Documentation (readme + basic API notes) is part of the final hand-over.
