Convert PHP Social Network into ASP.NET Blazor with Modular Architecture

Project Summary:
We are seeking a professional full-stack developer or team to convert a feature-rich PHP/MySQL social networking platform into a modern, modular ASP.NET solution using Blazor (Server or WebAssembly), ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server. The system must be divided into three independent projects: a Blazor user frontend, an ASP.NET Core Web API backend, and a separate Blazor admin panel.

Requirements:
The new platform should support complete user features including registration, profiles, timeline/posts, likes, comments, messaging (with real-time chat, media sharing, voice notes, typing indicators), groups, pages, media uploads (photos, videos, documents), friend/follow system, notifications, ads management, events, marketplace, job board, and blogs. The admin panel should include full control of users, posts, reports, system settings, wallet and payment configurations, and multi-language/theme support. The application must be responsive, scalable, and use clean architecture with proper separation of concerns.

The backend should expose all functionality through RESTful APIs secured with JWT and include SignalR for real-time features. The database must be migrated from MySQL to SQL Server using Entity Framework Core. All three projects must be delivered with full source code, documentation, and deployment instructions.

Marketplace Extension:
The marketplace section should be extended to function like a basic e-commerce platform. This includes product listing by users or vendors, product categories and filters, price and stock management, shopping cart functionality, order placement, order tracking, user purchase history, and admin-level order and product control. The system should support digital and physical goods, and allow future integration of online payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). Admins should be able to approve products, manage disputes, and monitor transactions through the separate admin panel.
