Build My .NET Web App

I need an experienced .NET engineer to turn my concept into a production-ready web application. The exact stack is flexible—traditional .NET Framework, modern .NET Core, or ASP.NET are all on the table—so feel free to propose the approach you believe will yield the best performance, maintainability, and future-proofing.

The project starts with a set of functional wireframes that I will share once we agree on basics. From there, the scope covers architecture design, clean C# coding, a responsive front end, database integration (SQL Server or a cloud alternative), and deployment to my hosting environment. Along the way I expect frequent check-ins and incremental demos so we can keep everything aligned.

Deliverables:
• Complete, runnable web application meeting the agreed feature list
• Well-organized C# codebase in Git with clear comments
• Database schema and any seed data scripts
• Deployment guide that lets me reproduce the setup on my own server

Acceptance criteria:
• Solution builds without errors on a fresh machine
• All features function in the latest Chrome and Edge
• No high-severity issues after an OWASP ZAP baseline scan
