Build .NET Core Web Application

I’m ready to move forward with a web application built on .NET Core. The goal is to have a clean, modern solution that runs reliably across browsers and scales well in production.

I will supply wireframes, brand guidelines, and a basic feature outline. You’ll handle end-to-end development: setting up the project structure, implementing the back-end logic, designing responsive Razor pages, writing unit tests, and preparing everything for deployment on an Azure App Service instance.

While my preference is firmly .NET Core, I’m open to suggestions on libraries or third-party integrations that can speed up development or improve performance, as long as they stay within the .NET ecosystem.

Acceptance criteria:
• Complete Visual Studio solution with clear folder structure
• Working build deployed to my Azure subscription
• Read-me covering setup, configuration, and deployment steps
• Passing unit tests for critical business logic
