Angular/React .NET E-Commerce Build
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I want to launch a small e-commerce website built with a modern SPA front-end (Angular 16+ or React 18) and a .NET Core back-end. The core requirement is full e-commerce capability, with PayPal as the sole payment gateway.
Front-end
• Angular 21 is my first choice because of its stand-alone components, but I am open to React.js if you can demonstrate equivalent performance and code clarity.
• The UI should load quickly, be responsive on mobile, and include basic product listing, a detail page, and a streamlined checkout flow.
Back-end
• .NET Core (latest LTS) will handle all business logic, product data, orders, and PayPal payment processing.
• Clean, layered architecture with Entity Framework or Dapper for data access, JWT-based auth ready for future expansion.
E-commerce features
• Product catalog served via REST/GraphQL endpoints.
• Shopping cart stored server-side to maintain state across devices.
• PayPal integration covering order creation, approval, capture, and webhooks for fulfillment.
Deliverables
1. Source code for front-end and API in separate repos.
2. SQL (or PostgreSQL) schema and seed data for products.
3. Environment files and concise README so I can run the solution locally with one command per project.
4. A brief demo video showing PayPal checkout completing successfully in the sandbox.
Acceptance criteria
• A user can browse products, add to cart, and complete payment through PayPal without errors.
• Successful payments appear in an Orders table with PayPal capture ID.
• Code passes a clean build and launches with the provided instructions.
If something is unclear, tell me in your proposal how you would approach it, especially around the PayPal SDK and .NET Core middleware.
