Angular & .NET Website Development

I'm seeking an experienced software engineer to develop a website using Angular for the frontend and .NET Core Web API for the backend.

Requirements:
- Implement user authentication
- Set up payment processing

Design: I'm looking for someone who can assist with creating designs from scratch as I currently don't have any.
