ASP.NET User Management Portal

I’m building a .NET website whose sole purpose is to manage users. The public side only needs standard registration and login, but once authenticated the experience splits into two clear roles: Admin and Regular User.

Admins must be able to create, edit, deactivate, or reset users through a secure backend portal and then dig into light reporting—things like account growth curves and login frequency. Regular Users, on the other hand, only access their own dashboard and profile settings.

I’d like this written in ASP.NET Core (latest LTS), using Entity Framework Core with SQL Server. Please hook everything into ASP.NET Identity so I can add roles later. For the analytics visuals, Chart.js or any lightweight alternative is fine as long as the data is exportable.

• Admin can search, filter, add, edit, deactivate users and pull basic activity reports
• Regular Users see only their own information
• Responsive UI that meets basic accessibility checks
