ASP.NET Core Hospital Management System

I am looking for a complete, production-ready hospital management system built with ASP.NET Core and MS SQL Server. The solution must already be developed; I want to deploy and start using it rather than fund a ground-up build.

Core modules I must see inside the application:
• Patient management – full appointment scheduling, comprehensive medical-records handling, and an internal patient communication component (e-mail/SMS or in-app messaging).
• Billing & invoicing – at minimum the standard workflows for generating invoices, posting payments, and linking them to patient visits. If your product already supports insurance claims, payment-gateway hooks, or detailed financial reports, please highlight that; I will treat those as value-adds.

Deliverables I expect:
• Source code (ASP.NET Core solution, C#, Razor/Blazor or MVC views, related assets).
• MS SQL Server database scripts or a .bak file with schema and seed data.
• Deployment guide covering configuration, connection strings, and role setup.
• A brief user manual or recorded walkthrough that demonstrates the two required modules in action.

Acceptance criteria:
1. I can restore the database, update connection strings, and run the application locally without code changes.
2. Patient module lets me create a patient, book an appointment, store clinical notes, and send a test message.
3. Billing module lets me issue an invoice for that visit and mark it paid.
4. No critical errors or missing references during build or runtime.
