ASP.NET CRM Development
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need an end-to-end CRM built in ASP.NET (MVC or Core, whichever streamlines deployment) that covers three pillars of daily operations: lead management, sales tracking, and customer support. The system should feel native to the Microsoft stack—C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server—and be cleanly architected so I can extend modules later without rewiring the whole codebase.
Core scope
• Lead Management: capture, qualify, assign, and nurture leads, with custom status pipelines and quick notes.
• Sales Tracking: deals, stages, forecasts, and simple dashboards that summarise monthly performance.
• Customer Support: ticket logging, priority queues, and a timeline that shows every interaction linked to each client record.
Essential integrations
• Email services (preferably through SMTP and Microsoft Graph) for automatic logging of conversations and one-click send from inside the CRM.
• Marketing tools such as Mailchimp or SendGrid so contacts sync two-ways and campaign results flow back into lead records.
Security & access
Role-based control is mandatory. At minimum I need admin, user, and viewer roles with the flexibility to add granular permissions later. Please wire this through ASP.NET Identity so I can manage roles from the UI.
Preferred deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repository with clear commit history.
2. SQL Server scripts or migrations to recreate the database schema.
3. A short README showing setup steps and describing where to adjust connection strings and API keys.
4. Deployed demo (Azure App Service or similar) so I can click through before final hand-off.
Let me know which ASP.NET flavour you recommend, any third-party libraries you’d leverage (e.g., AutoMapper, Dapper, MediatR), and a rough timeline for an MVP followed by refinements.
