Prevent multiple people share using one account and Logging out user after 6 hours【25 USD 2 Days】

We use username / password mechanism for authentication.
Our current solution to prevent multiple people share using one account is not good enough.
We use a static object to store logged-in users.
The problem is, when user close the browser before click the log out button,
he cannot log in again as his account is already recognized as an online user.
【Tasks】
1. Logging out user after 6 hours if user has no activity, and user does not need to log in within this time, even though he has closed the browser.
2. Prevent the situation that, one person purchase VIP, and many people can share using his account.
You have to finish both tasks in order to be paid.
By only finishing one part is not useful.
You have to work remotely on my computer via【AnyDesk】.
If can finish in 24 hours, you will have extra 5 USD as bonus.
