Online Live Virtual CLass

Hi,
I need a project to be developed on below requirements:
1) Landing Page - Where Education Course title with contents of class and costing.
2) User could make their own package of course titles.
3) User Subscription Option and Purchase the class course package or each course, through payment gateway.
4) Student Registration and avail package and teacher allocation by service provider.
5) Schedule management.
6) Live class (Virtual class room) : Allocated teacher could start live class.
7) Future Target of strength of student in the live session could be 1000 to 2000.
8) I need prototype of this project first
9) I need full source code and full ownership via legal contract.
10) First Phase we application fully responsive.
11) Time line 1 Month ( 06-Feb -2022) at least for student and course registration with landing page, subscription and payment gateway feature.
12) Time Line for Live Class software and handling till end of Feb 2022.

Please quote me with your price and only those person do bidding who had worked on live class software.
Technology : Front End : .Net Core (API based) or Python (API Based). or suggest me best scalable software platform if you have for it.
