Create SAAS (multi-tenant) web based application in .NET Core and Angular

I want to create a SAAS web based application, similar to bellow project(that is done in PHP)

Technology need to use:
-Latest .Net Core Web API
-Angular
-MySql
-super admin can create plans, manage tenants, manage user roles and permissions etc
-multi tenant multi database: users can register on the main site and select a plan, then it should create seperate database for each tenant
-each tenant should run on separete subdomain (eg: tenant1.maindomain.com)
-subscription plan should integrate with Sripe payment gateway
-Should use Clean Architecture
-Don't use any 3rd party frameworks like aspnetboilerplate
