Add functionalities to existing ASP.NET Core 7/Angular 15 Template with Angular Material

Existing template: pages with Angular 15 and TypeScript, RESTful API Backend using ASP.NET Core 7.0 Web API, database using Entity Framework Core, Authentication based on IdentityServer and ASP.NET Core Identity, Theming using Angular Material 15, Data Access Layer built with the Repository and Unit of Work Pattern, Handling Access and Refresh Tokens with WebStorage (Bearer authentication) - No Cookies.
I need:
- Project page where you can view/add/remove projects. Each project can have multiple tasks that can be assigned only to one user.
- Tasks page - view/add/remove tasks
- Chart page - a few charts based on the project and tasks attributes
- Reports page - a few buttons that generate pdf reports based on the project and tasks attributes

- Update users and roles
