DOS based program needs to run on 64-bit Windows 7,10,11 OS

I have an old program written in DOS which needs to run on a 64-bit Windows 10 system. I am looking for an experienced programmer who can find a solution to get this DOS based program that launces from a batch file to work on 64 bit Windows 10. The final product will be ready for use on my Windows 10 system and duplicated to work on other Workstation in the office.
