.rw domain registration (Rwandans only)

J'aimerais enregistrer un domaine en .rw. Malheureusement, j'ai constaté qu'en tant qu'étranger, le prix du domaine est plus de douze fois plus élevé par an et qu'en tant qu'étudiant, je ne peux pas me le permettre.

C'est pourquoi je cherche une personne qui vit au Rwanda et qui peut enregistrer le domaine pour moi.

Il n'y a pas de frais et le domaine sera utilisé à 100% légalement.

I would like to register a .rw domain. Unfortunately I found out that the domain price as a foreigner is over twelve times higher per year and as a student I can't afford it.
