converting from google to Microsoft

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me convert my company's system from Google to the Microsoft Office 365 suite. I specifically need assistance with the IT portion of the migration and ensuring that my website stays live throughout the process. The ideal candidate for this project will be an experienced IT professional who understands how to transfer data and settings from Google to Microsoft Office 365. I've gotten pretty far in the migration process but am currently stuck at Name Servers, DNS records, and the MX records part of the process. it's the last step in the full migration.
