Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a specialist who can design, build, and fully document a set of Make (formerly Integromat) scenarios that automate key processes in my Monday.com workspace. At the moment I have several repetitive clicks and manual updates slowing the team down; I’d like those steps to run hands-free, error-free, and in real time.
Here’s the current landscape:
• Monday.com is already the central hub for projects, tasks, and timelines.
• Make is connected to the account but no production scenarios are live yet.
• The boards contain standard columns—status, people, dates, numbers—and a handful of custom fields.
What I need from you:
1. A short discovery call to map the high-impact moments where automation will deliver the biggest time savings.
2. Creation of the Make scenarios, complete with filters, routers, and error-handling so nothing breaks if the data isn’t pristine.
3. Inline documentation right inside each module plus a concise PDF or Loom walkthrough so my team can tweak things later if needed.
4. A round of live testing inside our real workspace to confirm updates, notifications, and data moves happen exactly as expected.
Acceptance criteria:
• A new item on the target board triggers the scenario automatically without manual intervention.
• Status changes, people assignments, and due-date shifts arrive in under 60 seconds from the original event.
• Any failure path logs the error to a dedicated Monday.com board and also sends me a Slack DM.
• All scenarios are handed over in an “Active” state, version-controlled, and named clearly for future maintenance.
If you’ve built robust Monday.com + Make workflows before and can point to live examples, let’s talk—my goal is to finish the build, test, and hand-off within the next two weeks.
