I need somebody to provide me a medical certificate or make me a dengue report

As I was going through on & off medical and mental health issues, I didn't attend any of my lectures at uni. I am kinda the sole bread earner of the family too, so I was full time employed. Now the faculty is not allowing me to appear for final examination due to shortage of attendance. Can someone please help me out with this. I am worried since I studied hard for finals. Even if I didn't attend any of the lectures, I was well prepared for finals through the recording of them.
