I need documents for sale of house

Getting ready to go through a divorce. My soon to be ex wife has agreed to take a little extra cash from the sale of the house in exchange for leaving my retirement accounts alone. I would like to have some kind of document that can be notorized that says if she accepts the extra cash that those accounts are soley mine. Her name is not on any of the accounts now.
