Web & Flutter Productivity Platform

I’m building a unified productivity solution that starts with a fully-functional web application and extends to a companion Flutter mobile app.

Top priority: the web app. I need it coded with clean, well-documented practices and connected to a reliable SQL backend. Core modules should include:
• Task management – create, edit, prioritize, and mark tasks complete
• Note-taking – rich-text notes that can be linked to tasks

Once the web interface is solid, the same features must be available in a Flutter app so users can manage tasks and notes on the go. A shared SQL database (or scalable alternative you recommend) should keep data synced in real time.

Key expectations
• Responsive, modern UI (React, Vue, or similar—open to your suggestion)
• Secure authentication and role-based access
• RESTful or GraphQL API layer for the Flutter client
• Clear documentation and deployment scripts so I can reproduce the setup locally or on a cloud host
