Content Tester and Business Analyst
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a sharp QA partner to put my production-ready web application through its paces and capture every finding in clean, professional documentation. The work starts with hands-on functional, UI and usability testing directly on the live production instance, using Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Every issue you uncover should be logged with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, severity, and supporting screenshots or short clips.
Once testing is underway you will also formalise the process by writing a full suite of test cases that map back to the business requirements. From there, translate what you learn into two client-facing documents—a Business Requirement Document and a Statement of Work—written in plain, organised language that any stakeholder can understand.
Deliverables
• Complete bug report with tracker links or spreadsheet
• Comprehensive test case repository (traceable to requirements)
• Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Statement of Work (SOW)
Acceptance criteria
– All critical paths verified on Chrome, Firefox and Safari in production
– No high-severity defect left undocumented
– Test cases and BRD show 100% coverage of stated features
– SOW outlines scope, timelines and responsibilities clearly enough for sign-off
If you’re fluent in SDLC/STLC practices, meticulous about detail, and comfortable crafting client-ready documents, I’d like to work with you.
