・Paste and run the code in Google Colab

・Stop the Windows recording and obtain the video file
・Launch the video editing tool
・Import the video file
・Retrieve the voice text from the attached [INPUT.xlsx] file
・Generate artificial voice based on the voice text and embed it into the video at the appropriate timing
