VICIdial/Asterisk Expert for Outbound Calling

Description:
I am looking for an experienced VICIdial/Asterisk expert to install, configure, and optimize a VICIdial server for outbound and inbound calling.

Requirements:

- Install VICIdial (Vicibox ISO or manual setup)
-Configure SIP trunk with my VoIP provider
-Create outbound campaign with predictive dialing
-Create user accounts and phone extensions for agents
-Upload lead lists and verify dialing works
-Setup Caller ID management to avoid spam flags (STIR/SHAKEN if possible)
-Optimize server settings for performance and call quality
-Provide basic training on how to use the system (agent & admin side)

Deliverables:

-Fully functional VICIdial system (ready to start calling)
-Login details for admin and agents
-Documentation of settings and configurations done

Additional Info:
I need this configured with a US virtual phone number for calling without showing as “Potential Spam.” Experience with STIR/SHAKEN certification is a big plus.
