We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team and create clear, concise, and engaging documentation that helps users understand complex systems with ease. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality content that supports both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, product documentation, technical guides, FAQs, and process flows.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Create content for internal knowledge bases, client-facing documentation, and release notes.
- Edit and standardize content according to company guidelines and style.
- Ensure documentation is up to date with product releases and feature updates.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in technical writing.
- Strong attention to detail, research, and organizational skills..
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, MS Office, Google Docs, or Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of software development, integrations, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
