Structural Steel Documentation Development

I am seeking a skilled professional to create comprehensive documentation for our structural steel company in Australia. The primary focus is on developing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for various stages of our operations, in line with CC3 requirements. Additionally, we require a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Quality Plan, and a Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Requirements:
- Develop ITPs for:
- Inspection of Preparation and Assembly
- Inspection of Welding
- Inspection of Mechanical Fastening
- Inspection of Surface Treatment
- Inspection of Paint Coatings
- Inspection of Galvanized Coatings
- Inspection of Erection
- Inspection of Secondary Structural Elements (e.g., purlins and girts)
- Create a WMS tailored to our operations
- Develop PQR and WPS following AS/NZS Standards
- Establish a Quality Plan and QMS covering Fabrication, Erection, and Corrosion Protection, adhering to systems and procedures outlined in 4.5.1 and Appendix D, Tables D1, D2 & D3
- Provide calibration records

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in structural steel industry documentation
- Familiarity with AS/NZS Standards
- Experience in developing ITPs with a focus on inspection methods
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and procedures
- Ability to create detailed and compliant documentation
