Solar Project Documentation Training
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need practical, hands-on coaching that will let me draft four key documents for solar-PV work—Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Inspection & Test Plans, and a Daily Progress Report—without relying on generic templates. The emphasis is on installation activities and the safety protocols that accompany them.
Please walk me through the structure, required content and terminology that EPC contractors and on-site auditors expect. I work primarily in Microsoft Word and Excel, so show me how to build each document in the most appropriate of those two programs and explain why you choose one over the other. By the end I should understand not just the layout but also the logic behind every section, from scope and references to acceptance criteria, sign-offs and revision control.
Sessions can be live or recorded, but I’d like to finish with:
• Editable Word or Excel versions of each document, ready for my logo and project data
• A short reference guide that summarises the step-by-step process you taught
• Feedback on one draft I complete for each document type
