Deliverables
• 10–15 geotagged photos, clearly showing the main name board, identifiable exterior shots, and a selection of interior views.
• One short 360-degree video outside that captures the signboard and immediate surroundings, plus an interior walk-through video if circumstances allow.
• A verification form filled in, signed, and stamped by hospital administration, along with a stamped copy of the certificate I will supply.
• Verifier’s full details: name, designation, department, and direct contact number.
