On Site S7-300 Update

I need you on the plant floor in Egypt to expand an existing Siemens S7-300 program by roughly twenty new points of mixed I/O. The work is purely control logic— no additional safety layer— and must integrate cleanly with the current STEP 7 project.

Once the code is in place, create a single WinCC operator page that displays and allows basic control of those new points. Keep the look-and-feel in line with the existing HMI screens so the operators do not notice any stylistic jump.

Because this job involves downloading to the live PLC and verifying signals on the physical panels, I can only accept someone who already resides in Egypt and can be on site for commissioning.

Deliverables
• Updated S7-300 program with the twenty mixed I/O points fully documented
• One WinCC screen (runtime and source) linked and tested
• Short handover report: tag list, network changes, and any address re-mapping carried out

Acceptance criteria
• All new points read/write correctly from the field devices and WinCC without forcing
• No diagnostic or compile errors in STEP 7 after import
• Operators confirm the new HMI page follows our existing navigation and color codes

We will agree on a schedule that allows you to finish the logic, simulate, and then spend a single day on site for final commissioning and sign-off.
