On-Site Chinese Degree Verification

A candidate under consideration for a position claims to have completed studies at Jiujiang University Hospital, Jiujiang (Jiangxi, P.R. China). To finalise my pre-employment screening I need an in-person visit to the campus / hospital that confirms every key element of the qualification.

The scope covers: verifying that the degree itself is genuine, confirming the individual’s full enrolment record, and gathering all essential facts about the credential—official degree title, total study period and exact graduation date. Evidence must come from three independent channels: inspection of the original paper files on site, retrieval of any searchable electronic records, and collection of an official letter (or stamped certificate) issued by the university or hospital administration.

Deliverables (submit as a single PDF plus supporting images or scans):
• Verification Form to be fulfilled by Institute.
• Clear photographs or scans of the relevant pages from the physical archives and screenshots of matching digital records.
• A signed or stamped confirmation letter from the authorised university officer, photographed and included in the report.
• Geo-Tagged Stamped photos proving your presence at the institution.

Acceptance criteria:
The report must reconcile all three evidence sources without contradictions, show legible images, and include contact details of the verifying official for audit purposes.
